Jimmy is driven to make the difference. Jimmy Nguyen (pronounced “Gwin”) is a store employee gone owner. From the back of the Auto Body repair shop to owning the entire operation, Jim’s Autocrafters CARSTAR Collision ownership is a realized dream come true. Jimmy’s energy level and his passion for high tech toys brings a unique edge to his new collision repair business. Jim’s fun list includes exotic cars, good food, creative solutions, and everything gadget. If Jimmy is not working, he is for sure hanging with his three sons.   Formerly from Boston, Jim is Bucks and Philly proud residing with his family just a few miles from his new Bensalem store.

Business Development- VP Marketing Dianna Yurko

Not sure of how she got here 26 years later Dianna is still building customer relationships. In an industry where front office knowledge is key, she teaches the importance for the consumer to enlist services of people who understand the repair process from all sides. She is the mother of 3 children and married to her husband of over 30 years. She loves to garden, read, play in the kitchen, and the art of  photography. As a work in progress, she is writing her first book.

Senior Appraiser Jim Delaney

Jim is a jack of all trades and the master of each one of them. His resources are endless. Jim is known for his generosity and problem solving skills. He launched a new business, Auto Headlamp Restorers. Jim is an expert in barbecue grilling. When he is not working he is almost always helping a friend. He loves nice things of any kind. His motto is buy it right once. A goal of his was to drive his new found quads through the trails of Virginia mountains.

Bill is the Rembrandt of our Bensalem location. No one is more conscious of minimizing waste or recycling than Bill is.  He is degreed in mixology and has a magic paint gun giving him the edge in color matching. He likes bike riding, boating, and to spend time with his family on the weekends where his alter ego is Super Dad.

Warren is an I-CAR decorated tech holding specialized certs in welding, environmental training and safety pollution.  Warren brings true dedication and experience to Bensalem Autocrafters using a hometown style. Warren is a US History buff who loves gardening, hanging out with his kids and we might say awesome at bowling.

Technician Jerry

   Jerry is a true senior. Lousy at retirement, he puts a new spin to energy levels. The go to guy for Volkswagon vehicles, Jerry makes parts fit perfect. Jerry served in the US Army. He is the best neighbor on his street. Jerry has been designing, building, and flying model airplanes for over 20 years.

Frank is  the all around glue to operations.  Frank represents the next generation of collision repair.  Focused on improving every aspect of the business, Frank is innovative, charismatic, and motivated. Frank likes to travel.

Our Detail Tech Blake is a true team player. Graduating from an auto body technician school and program, Blake takes his time as he assists all areas of the body shop . His favs are good music of any genre, fixing up his house, and hanging out with his girl.
